Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer with strong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and enterprise application platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable infrastructure and automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. This role requires expertise in containerization, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and Linux administration.

Strong Linux administration experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

Administer enterprise application servers including WebSphere, Tomcat, and JBoss

Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Manage source code repositories and build pipelines

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and infrastructure performance

Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable systems
