Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Integration Engineer, IAM / IGA to help build and lead QuantEnt’s enterprise integration capability in Madrid.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design and implement integrations between QuantEnt and customer IAM, IGA, directory, HR, ticketing, data, and security systems. Examples may include SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory / LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, CyberArk, cloud platforms, APIs, data warehouses, and customer-specific internal systems.

You will be responsible for helping QuantEnt ingest, normalize, and interpret enterprise identity and entitlement data; map customer-specific permissions into QuantEnt’s internal models; support certification and governance workflows; and build reliable integration patterns that can scale across customers.

The ideal candidate is both a strong engineer and a pragmatic client-facing technical leader: someone who can write code, debug complex enterprise environments, work directly with customer technical teams, and help shape the integration architecture of an early-stage platform.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid, Spain .

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between QuantEnt and enterprise IAM / IGA systems.
• Lead technical implementation work with customer identity, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Build connectors, ingestion pipelines, API integrations, data mappings, and workflow integrations.
• Normalize identity, account, group, role, entitlement, resource, and usage data into QuantEnt’s platform model.
• Analyze complex customer environments and translate messy real-world permission structures into clean integration designs.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, synchronization, API, and data-quality issues.
• Define repeatable integration patterns, implementation playbooks, and technical standards.
• Work closely with QuantEnt’s product, backend, data science, and customer teams to improve the platform.
• Mentor and eventually help build a small team of integration engineers.
