Job Role

The Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.

Reporting directly to the Learning Center Manager, this role oversees a team of learning instructors while managing the complete learning lifecycle, from training needs analysis and instructional design through implementation and program evaluation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing competency-based learning programs, leadership development initiatives, digital learning projects, and organizational culture programs aligned with business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end instructional design process using the ADDIE methodology, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
  • Design and develop competency development, performance improvement, and leadership development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate digital learning initiatives, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, and instructor capability development.
  • Design and execute organizational culture internalization programs to strengthen employee engagement and company values.
  • Manage collaboration programs with educational institutions and external learning partners while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives to support organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline programs.
  • Supervise and coach a team of learning instructors to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate learning effectiveness through measurable performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives support organizational priorities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or other related disciplines.
  • Professional certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, or Corporate Learning functions.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing the complete training lifecycle.
  • Previous experience within Human Resources consulting or corporate learning environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in instructional design, leadership development, competency development, and soft skills training.
  • Proven expertise in applying the ADDIE methodology throughout the learning development process.
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency Management, Learning Evaluation, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management and people management capabilities, including supervising learning instructors and coordinating multiple learning projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Professional proficiency in English for business communication.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required to support learning programs and business operations.
