Responsibilities
Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions
Utilizing adult learning theories to develop engaging and impactful training content
Managing learning platforms and systems to facilitate seamless training experiences
Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote a culture of continuous learning
Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements
Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address training needs and expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Pedagogy or related administrative fields
At least 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a professional services firm
Oral and written proficiency in English is required
