Learning & Development Strategy
Lead the design, development, and execution of in-house and external learning programs (soft skills, technical, and leadership) aligned with organizational needs.
Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
Design, implement, and monitor competency-based learning frameworks to drive behavioral, technical, and leadership capability development.
Curate, develop, and oversee content for blended learning programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and external training interventions.
Learning Management System (LMS) & Content Development
Own end-to-end LMS operations, including course creation, content upload, learning paths configuration, user access, automation workflows, and reporting.
Manage LMS automation for nominations, approvals, batch enrollments, completion tracking, certifications, and learning analytics dashboards.
Ensure high-quality content development aligned with adult learning principles and engaging instructional design methodologies.
Organizational Development & Culture Transformation
Drive organizational development initiatives to support change management and culture transformation programs.
Support succession planning and high-potential employee development as part of leadership pipeline strategies.
Design and facilitate interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Performance Management & Evaluation
Partner with leaders to support quarterly performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
Measure learning impact through assessment scores, completion rates, and ROI of training programs.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable organizational development plans.
Qualifications (Must Have):
5+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organization Development (OD), with exposure to leading L&D programs.
Proven expertise in conducting TNAs and translating business requirements into measurable learning outcomes.
Hands-on experience in LMS management, content development, and blended learning program implementation.
Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
Experience in organizational change management, culture transformation, and driving learning initiatives for high-impact results.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
Knowledge of advanced learning technologies and learning analytics tools.
Familiarity with industry best practices in employee engagement, competency modeling, and OD interventions.
