Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Learning & Development function, including team supervision, learning strategy execution, and delivery of capability-building programs.
  • Develop and implement L&D frameworks, training programs, and learning solutions aligned with business goals, operational needs, and employee development priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and operational teams to identify skills gaps and design relevant programs for technical, customer-facing, and leadership roles.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives using various learning methodologies.
  • Establish learning effectiveness metrics, analyze training outcomes, and continuously improve programs based on data, feedback, and business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
  • Proven L&D experience within the telecommunications (telco), BPO, contact center, or customer service-focused industry.
  • Strong background in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development, onboarding, and learning program management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
