Genesis10 is currently seeking a Learning Program Designer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves designing and delivering structured learning programs to support employee development, career growth, and business goals. The ideal candidate will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs, build clear learning paths, and measure performance improvement. A key aspect of this position is utilizing AI prompting to enhance the speed and quality of learning design outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end learning programs and role-based learning paths/career growth plans with clear goals, content, and outcomes
• Translate business needs into practical learning solutions
• Partner with SMEs to identify skill gaps and development needs and define accurate, relevant content
• Define success measures and evaluate results
• Communicate plans and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
• Manage projects (timelines, deliverables, quality)
• Organize and maintain learning materials
• Support adoption of new skills and ways of working
• Maintain clear documentation
• Use AI to support learning design (e.g., outlines, drafts, learning paths)
• Apply judgment to ensure AI outputs are accurate, usable, and effective (clear audience, objectives, format, constraints)
• Refine prompts based on output quality and feedback

Pay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
