Learning Program Manager
One of The Sage Group's top clients is seeking a Learning Program Manager with 3+ years instructional design, learning program management, or corporate training, with a background in a corporate, legal, or professional services environment in tech. Client is a market leading technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, software and online services. We're looking for a detail oriented, creative and resourceful Learning Program Manager to join the Learning & Development team within LGS. In this role, you'll design, develop, facilitate and measure learning solutions that help client professionals grow at every career stage. You'll work across formats, from in person, to virtual to multimedia and self-paced modules. You'll partner closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to build experiences that are engaging, relevant, and durable. You're organized, a skilled learning designer, engaging facilitator, and innovative collaborator.
Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and facilitate learning programs across areas such as professional development, career stages, leadership, and AI enablement
- Facilitate virtual, hybrid and in-person learning sessions lead or co-facilitate workshops, trainings, and interactive sessions.
- Develop instructional materials: slide decks, game material, facilitator guides, participant resources, pre/post-session communications with a focus on making content engaging and accessible
- Produce virtual training events: manage rehearsals, show flows, live tech, and seamless delivery
- Create and manage event registration, attendance tracking, post-session surveys, and program health reporting
- Develop and maintain content on internal learning platforms, resource pages and Slack channels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning content is aligned with organizational priorities and emerging needs
- Support the design of new learning experiences that build capability across career stages making complex topics relevant and durable for diverse audiences
- Manage communications for program promotion: invitations, reminders, post-event recaps across email, Slack, and internal channels
- Gather and synthesize participant feedback to continuously improve program quality and relevance
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning program management, or corporate training, with a background in a corporate, legal, or professional services environments in tech
- Experience producing virtual training events end-to-end: content development, rehearsals, live production, in session activities, and post-session follow-up
- Experience leveraging AI-integrated workflows and tools to compress design cycles, build modular content, scale delivery, and improve outcomes.
- Willingness to learn and work within client's integrated tools, especially Keynote, Pages, Slack, Box, Quip, and Webex
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), survey tools, and attendance tracking
- Flexibility to work across delivery formats in-person facilitation, podcasts, eLearning, video, and blended programs is a plus
- Adult learning theory knowledge (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks) a plus
- Education BA/BS
- Demonstrated facilitation skills, particularly in virtual environments.
- Strong instructional design foundation and ability to translate subject matter into structured, creative learning experiences that drive real behavior change
- Proficiency in program management: timelines, stakeholder collaboration, multiple concurrent workstreams
- Creative thinker who brings fresh approaches to how content is delivered and experienced
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and partners at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines across time zones
Location: Cupertino CA, hybrid onsite 3 days a week. Duration: 12-18 months to start Compensation: $65-84hr
