Amazon in Mexico is seeking a Learning Specialist to develop and manage a team of trainers responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to associates and managers within the Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with Process Engineers and Operations to align training with customer-centric goals and scale training across a large workforce.
You will lead recruitment and development of instructors, audit training quality, and forecast capacity for new hires.
