Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Were looking for a dedicated Leasehold Technical Coordinator to join our Asset Management team for six months to support with the production of our 30 year plan.
This is a vital role for the team, where you will be directly supporting the Place Investment Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and manipulatingdata, maintaining the databases and any additional or associated systems. Developing, creatingand producingreports as instructed and required.
- Ensuringsystems such as PIMSS and ROCC are kept up to date with accurate information following the completion of planned investment programmes to allow for effective forward planning and budgeting.
- Providingadministrative support to the Place Investment Manager and wider team. Raising purchase orders and sundry payments organising meetings, and minute-taking, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Contributingto the development of systems and processes that enhance team efficiency.
About You:
You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths.
With strong IT skills, youll be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems. Youll bring previous administrative experience, ideally within property, housing, or technical services, along with excellent written and verbal communication, an ability to work at pace to juggle various tasks, coordination skills and a strong customer-first approach.
Self-motivated and well-organised, youre able to manage your time effectively while supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is considered a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home if you wish. The team do come together for training and working together days so being happy to travel to our offices is a must.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
