Libra Developer

We are seeking a Libra Developer to design, build, and maintain blockchain-based applications and systems supporting Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. The role focuses on leveraging Libra/Diem blockchain technology, smart contracts, and secure payment workflows to enable scalable and efficient financial services solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Libra/Diem blockchain technologies.
• Implement smart contracts and integrate blockchain solutions with existing financial systems.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and operations teams to deliver secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
• Optimize performance, ensure security, and maintain reliability of blockchain transactions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve blockchain application and integration issues.
• Maintain documentation, code standards, and blockchain best practices.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior blockchain developers and guide teams on complex blockchain solutions (senior-level)

Experience & Qualifications

Mid-Level (4–7 years of relevant experience):

• Hands-on experience with Libra/Diem blockchain platform or similar blockchain frameworks.
• Knowledge of Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, or Liquidity Management processes.
• Experience with smart contracts, secure transactions, and API integrations.
• Ability to independently develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based features.
• Contributes to documentation, testing, and process improvements.

Senior-Level (7+ years of relevant experience):

• Deep expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Broad knowledge across financial services domains including Payments, Trade, Investor Services, and Liquidity Management.
• Proven experience in leading blockchain initiatives, mentoring teams, and defining best practices.
• Acts as an escalation point for complex blockchain or integration challenges.
• Drives innovation and strategic adoption of blockchain solutions in financial services.
