Loan Processing Associate (Entry-Level)We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent grads who want to break into the real estate and lending world.
No prior mortgage experience required — just the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do (Hands-On)Work directly on real loan files from start to finish
Review borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)
Help organize and prepare files for underwriting
Communicate with clients to collect missing items
Learn how deals are structured and approved
Support the team in getting loans closed quickly and smoothly

How to analyze income, assets, and credit
The full lifecycle of a real estate transaction
How to work with underwriters, escrow, and lenders
