Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily mine-site logistics activities, including weighbridge operations, stockpile management, truck movements, and transport scheduling. Monitor inbound and outbound truck movements to minimise delays and maintain operational efficiency. Ensure the safe handling and movement of coal while preventing contamination and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Capture and maintain accurate logistics data using SAP (or a similar ERP system) and Excel, including load tracking, stock reconciliations, and trip records. Identify operational issues and assist in implementing improvements to optimise logistics processes. Work closely with transport contractors, machine operators, and site personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure all logistics documentation is completed accurately and on time. Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all company policies and site procedures. Minimum Requirements 35 years' experience in mining logistics, transport coordination, or bulk material movement (coal experience advantageous). Experience using SAP (or a similar ERP system), Microsoft Excel, weighbridge systems, and stockpile logistics. Good planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with experience in reconciliations, trip sheets, and logistics reporting. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced mining environment.
