Job Opportunity: Low-Code Developer (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Low-Code Developer (also open to Low-Code Application Developers, Rapid Application Developers, or Workflow Automation Specialists) to rapidly design, build, and deploy scalable business applications using modern low-code/no-code ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Delivery: Design and configure business applications using visual development tools, drag-and-drop components, and platform-native features.
- Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows, electronic forms, custom business rules, and event-driven notifications to streamline business processes.
- System Integration: Connect low-code frontends with enterprise databases, backend systems, and third-party platforms via REST APIs and web services.
- Testing & Deployment: Support application debugging, validation testing, release management, and runtime performance optimization.
- Requirements & Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into functional UI layouts, and map out technical workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of rapid application design and modular process automation skills:
- Low-Code Engineering: Proven professional experience developing on platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar tools.
- Integration & APIs: Solid understanding of data exchange protocols, calling APIs, and integrating apps with enterprise data ecosystems.
- Business Analysis: Strong track record of gathering requirements and transforming them into interactive, user-friendly application logic.
- Lifecycle Management: Experience handling end-to-end application testing, release deployment, debugging, and post-production maintenance.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)
- Advanced ecosystem expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Familiarity operating within Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
- Knowledge of environment governance, access control, and compliance standards for low-code environments.
