We are looking for a Low-Code Platform Engineer to join our international team and contribute to the development, configuration, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and user-friendly Low-Code applications and services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop custom applications and modules using Low-Code platforms such as ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Configure, customise, and extend Low-Code applications using out-of-the-box functionality and platform capabilities such as UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and other platform integration capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and application components using platform-specific technologies such as JavaScript and Glide for ServiceNow or TypeScript and C# for Power Platform.
  • Perform routine platform maintenance, including patches, upgrades, configuration updates, and instance health management.
  • Monitor platform performance and use performance analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across applications, workflows, integrations, and platform components.
  • Conduct unit testing and support QA activities by preparing test data, executing test scenarios, and documenting results in accordance with SDLC quality gates.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, applications, integrations, workflows, and development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific development standards, best practices, and governance requirements.
  • Develop and customise ServiceNow Service Portals and Workspaces to create intuitive user experiences for ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
  • Configure and maintain core ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog, according to business requirements.
  • Apply security-by-design principles by configuring access controls, roles, permissions, and audit logging within the platform.
  • Support application lifecycle management activities, including versioning, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams to deliver reliable and maintainable Low-Code solutions.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements):


  • Professional experience developing and configuring applications on Low-Code platforms, particularly ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks, including AngularJS.
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP web services and their application in enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks compatible with Low-Code platforms for validating applications and workflows.
  • Experience using platform workflow and process design tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management capabilities within Low-Code platforms, particularly versioning, testing, and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of platform data import and export capabilities.
  • Experience developing UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Scripts.
  • For ServiceNow environments, proficiency with the ServiceNow Glide API.
  • For ServiceNow environments, experience with modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and the ServiceNow scripting environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience developing custom user interfaces using ServiceNow Service Portal or Now Experience UI.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow CMDB and its underlying data model.
  • For Microsoft Power Platform environments, proficiency in C# and experience developing connectors.
  • For Power Platform environments, strong knowledge of Dataverse, particularly secure data structuring and management across applications.
  • Knowledge of the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Basic knowledge of Azure development, particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding code correctness, error handling, testing, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to adapt plans and technical solutions in response to evolving business and project requirements.
  • Ability to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Creativity and user-oriented approach when designing intuitive and effective solutions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Willingness and ability to continuously learn and effectively apply new technologies and platform capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French would be considered an additional asset.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.


Minimum level of expertise: Junior.


Mandatory: For ServiceNow, one of the following or an equivalent certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.


For Microsoft Power Platform, one of the following or an equivalent certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.


For other Low-Code platforms, a relevant Developer-level certification for the chosen platform or equivalent qualification.
