Program Operations Manager
Raytheon's Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor Program (LTAMDS) is seeking a Program Operations Manager to work at our Andover, MA facility.
What You Will Do
- Manage coordination and execution of program schedules across Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support Manufacturing Operations strategy through the application of CORE and R6 Sigma best practices.
- Lead development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for both recurring production and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate Operations inputs for new development and production bids and proposals.
- Develop production plans and Make/Where strategies, and author manufacturing and operations sections of technical proposals.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both tactical execution and strategic planning to drive results and remove organizational barriers.
- Leadership experience in fast-paced technical or manufacturing environments involving multiple organizations; demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of budget and schedule performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn.
