Skills - Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), design patterns, testing, CI/CD, and version
control (Git)
Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and models at scale.
• Lead the full ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation,
and production deployment.
• Build and maintain robust ML infrastructure including training platforms, model registries,
and serving systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize experimental models and improve
performance.
• Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor junior ML engineers.
• Monitor deployed models for performance drift and implement retraining strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define ML-powered product features and KPIs.
• Research and evaluate new ML frameworks, algorithms, and tooling to improve team
capabilities.
• Document architecture decisions, model design, and system trade-offs clearly.
Required Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle including feature stores, training pipelines,
and model serving.
• Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms and modern deep learning architectures
(CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
