In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-driven solutions, mentor engineering teams, and drive innovation across modern cloud environments. Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and high-performance AI/ML-powered applications and services.
Design and build cloud-native, distributed systems running at internet scale with high availability and low latency.
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, speed, quality, and continuous improvement.
Champion engineering best practices across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and Dev Ops.
Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, design discussions, and production troubleshooting.
Accelerate delivery using modern AI development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, and Chat GPT.
Stay current with emerging technologies in AI/ML, cloud computing, distributed systems, and modern developer platforms.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
~ Strong experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed internet services.
~ Proven experience delivering AI/ML and agentic AI systems into production environments.
~ Solid understanding of modern LLM architectures, MLOps, and AI deployment pipelines.
~ Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, or C++.
~ Strong full-stack engineering experience with technologies such as:
~ Frontend: Java Script, Type Script, React, Flutter, Dart
~ Backend: g RPC, Protocol Buffers, microservices
~ Deep expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
~ Advanced Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience, including:
~ Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD
~ Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
~ e BPF/Cilium for networking and observability
~ Experience with SQL and No SQL databases.
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment.
~ Experience at FAANG or leading technology companies is highly valued.
