Twin City Staffing is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Maple Lake! This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on manufacturing and are looking for a company that rewards commitment with a significant hiring bonus and a stable four-day work week. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $19.00 $20.00/hr. (Depending on Experience) Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! ($1,000 at hire and $2,000 after 6 months) Hours: 3:45 PM 1:45 AM, Monday Thursday

Duties of the machine operator and assembler:

• Run production machines to fabricate recreational components
• Use hand and power tools for parts assembly
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy
• Trim, deburr, and inspect finished parts for quality
• Maintain a clean workstation and organized floor
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Coordinate with the team to hit daily production targets
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff

Requirements of the machine operator and assembler:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of rotational molding is a plus
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work style
• Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule
