Machine Operator (Print Production)
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$28.00/hr based on experience
What You'll Do
- Operate large-format printing and finishing machines
- Load materials and prepare jobs for production
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Use laminators, cutters, and trimming equipment
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with basic maintenance
- Organize production schedules and prioritize jobs
- Maintain inventory of printing materials and supplies
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with team members to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or print production environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with print production equipment, laminators, cutters, or trimming machines
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other design software
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
