Machine Operator/Press Operator Manufacturing
Canton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + Benefits Shifts: 1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm Pay $20.50 per hour 2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am Pay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50 Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

What You'll Do
- Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions
- Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns
- Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
