Job Summary
Willware Technologies is looking for an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer with 8-10 years of relevant experience in IBM/MVS Assembler and JCL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting complex Mainframe applications, preferably within the Banking / Retail Banking / Line of Credit domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop IBM Mainframe Assembler-based applications.

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Prepare HLD, LLD and data flow diagrams.

Develop, debug and maintain Assembler programs and JCL.

Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting and production support.

Work across all phases of the SDLC.

Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and business stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members.

Participate in design reviews, technical discussions and stakeholder meetings.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of Mainframe experience, with strong hands-on IBM/MVS Assembler experience, solid JCL knowledge, good analytical and design skills, and preferably banking-domain experience.
