Title: Mainframe Developer

Mainframe Developer with 10+ years of expertise in production support, batch processing, and mainframe application maintenance.
The candidate will have strong hands-on experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, and z/OS, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, support critical batch cycles, and ensure high system availability. Java experience is a plus for hybrid mainframe environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support daily batch processing, production incidents, and SLA-driven operations across the mainframe environment.
- Develop and maintain COBOL programs, support DB2 batch processing, and manage job scheduling using tools such as Control-M or CA7.
- Perform root cause analysis, document runbooks, support release activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement permanent solutions.
