Position: Mainframe System Programmer

Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Mainframe System Programmer who performs installation, upgrade, and maintenance of z/OS and its related IBM/BMC/ISV products.
Requirements:
1. Installation, upgrade and maintenance of z/OS and related IBM/BMC products
2. Sound knowledge in SMPE
3. Experience in RACF and security related products
4. Good knowledge of system initialization and tuning
5. Good Knowledge & Experience in SYSPLEX
6. Good Knowledge & Experience in JES, PARMLIB, USS, Coupling Facility
7. Knowledge in HCD and working with IODF's
8. Good Knowledge in Disaster Recovery exercises
9. Sound Knowledge in storage concepts (DFSMS is expected)
10. As part of Language support -knowledge in PL1 compiler, COBOL,, Assembler ,Rexx Java for z/OS , node.js , Python for z/OS recommended.
