Job Description:
Responsible for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of industrial automation and control systems. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, electrical, and field device faults in automated equipment including conveyor and material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve automation and control system failures.
Troubleshoot HMI, VFD, sensors, and industrial networks.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare technical reports.
Maintain maintenance records using CMMS systems.
Support system improvements and ensure equipment reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
