Duties
- You will analyze long and short term program objectives and operational requirements to correct Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) identified deficiencies.
- You will establish, implement, and maintain a Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) indoctrination training program.
- You will use data and tools to create presentations for the Wing Commodore in support of various meetings.
- You will provide supervision, management, and professional expertise in the current and future implementations of Barrier Removal Teams to efficiently resolve community issues.
- You will interface with military and civilian agencies that provide source data and documentation for the Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT).
- You will oversee Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) data collection and population of appropriate charts and graphics to be used for presentation of Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) CR CFT status and progress.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing aircraft readiness trends to detect deficiencies, determine root cause analysis, implement corrections, and plan for future performance objectives to improve reliability and costs for a Naval Aviation readiness program.
