Client is looking for ManagerAI Engineer - Python in Toronto
Must Have Primary Skills
- Experience/Skiils:
- 6+years of progressive experience in engineering roles, including at least 1-2years leading emerging tech or AI initiatives.
- GenAI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) and prompt engineering techniques
- AgenticAI, MCP, and Graph/RAG architectures
- GenAI Framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Amazon Bedrock)
- Webapplication development using Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript
- AWScloud services (EC2, ELB/GLB/NLB, EKS, Fargate, Lambda, Athena, Glue, LakeFormation)
- Infrastructureas Code (Puppet, Terraform, Docker) and containerized deployments
- ETLorchestration using Apache Airflow/DAGs
- Vector/Graphdatabases (Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, Neo4J, Neptune) and query optimization
- Pythonprogramming (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Boto3)
- Automatedtesting frameworks (Ragas, Playwright, Zephyr, Selenium)
- Familiaritywith SDLC best practices, DevSecOps, Agile Scrum/Kanban, and work managementtools (JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align). Knowledgeof LLM fine tuning techniques
- Experiencein BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau
- Knowledgeof financial markets and enterprise data systems
Nice To Have Secondary Skills

Proven Experience In
- Leadand actively contribute to the development of AI products, pilots andsolutions, with a focus on clean, maintainable code using Python, React, andAWS tools.
- Design,architect and build scalable Gen AI solutions, including LLM pipelines,Agentic, MCP, Graph/RAG architectures, and prompt-based applications andemerging tech.
- Optimizeperformance of AI products, Drive continuous learning and experimentation withcutting-edge Gen AI methods, frameworks, APIs, and toolchains.
- Workclosely with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts to definetechnical solutions aligned with business needs. Actas a subject matter expert (SME) on Gen AI technologies and help shape theorganization's AI roadmap.
- Ownend-to-end delivery of Gen AI solutions. Manage timelines, deliverables, andproject milestones using Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
- Monitoroperational metrics and incident data to drive continuous improvement andreliability.
- Ensure adherence togovernance, DevSecOps protocols.
