This position is part of the FR 2052a Liquidity Reporting team within the US Regulatory Reporting Function. The primary responsibility of this role is ongoing monitoring of liquidity results and submission of FR 2052a regulatory report. The incumbent will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting deliverables while supporting regulatory compliance and strengthening associated controls and governance processes. This position reports directly to the Director – US Regulatory Reporting.

  • Lead the end-to-end preparation, review, and filing of FR 2052a Liquidity reports and liquidity ratio monitoring for the Federal Reserve and other regulatory bodies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and reporting controls.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret and implement regulatory, business, and bank category-related changes, including Category II readiness initiatives.

  • Support strategic transformation programs such as Project Fast Forward and Project Guardian, focusing on regulatory reporting capability enhancement.

  • Drive process optimization through automation, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead critical business and regulatory reporting projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across Finance, Controllership, Technology, and other business functions.

  • Strengthen the regulatory reporting control environment by ensuring controls operate effectively, identifying gaps, and driving remediation actions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with an eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic regulatory reporting environment.
  • Timely completion of governance and control activities.
  • Understanding of the impact of business initiatives on regulatory reports.

Academic Background:

  • CA/CPA/MBA with 5–7 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Platforms:

  • Oracle, Essbase, and HFM.
  • R2CE architecture preferred.
