Objective:
Sr Manager Design & Development.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Review of approved GA drawing as per Customer requirement & Co-ordinate with HO design team.
- Co-ordinate with plant design team for release of manufacturing drawings as per customer requirement
- Preparation of BOM in Excel sheet for tentative costing & material planning
- Co-ordinating with testing team for timely completion & validation of new development projects
- Review of drawings for development projects
- To co-ordinate with Procurement, operation, project, plant team for new item development
- To coordinate with Vendor for new requirement
- To maintain record of Design change history
- To Co-ordinate with manufacturing team for timely completion of development projects
- To prepare development plan for execution & testing
- To ensure availability of resource & material for new development projects
- Documentation as per ISO requirement
- To support plant team at time of certification of new product
- Monitoring & implementation of new design changes
- Monitoring & driving implementation of cost saving projects
- Day to day updates on development projects
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
Work Experience & Skills:
- 10 to 12 Years working experience in DG manufacturing plant ,
- Working experience of DG testing
- Project management
- SAP working knowledge
- Working knowledge of Computer (excel, word, power point)
- Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D (desirable)
- Knowledge of 3d Designing Software Inventor/Solid Works/Pro-E (any Desirable)
Language Fluency:
Proficiency in English and Hindi both oral and written.

- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
