As the Manager of Career Development Programs, you will evaluate and implement initiatives that enhance student engagement and post-graduation outcomes. You will lead the UBCO Experience and Involvement HUB and develop technology-focused strategies that support collaboration and experiential learning. Ensuring alignment with institutional goals is a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evaluation of career development program effectiveness
• Manage financial oversight for an annual budget of approximately $1 million
• Develop policies for career development services
• Build strategic partnerships with faculty and stakeholders
• Oversee marketing strategies for Career Development programs
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in planning and facilitating events
• Extensive knowledge of educational systems affecting students
• Strong leadership and communication skills
