As Engineering Manager for the Code Coverage team, you will shape the next generation of AI-powered developer tooling and lead a small engineering group in an ambiguous environment. You’ll drive technical direction, oversee delivery, and stay hands-on in architecture and on-call activities. You’ll partner with product management and customers to evolve the roadmap toward automated, data-informed test coverage enhancements. This role offers an opportunity to influence a critical product area that enables faster, safer software delivery at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead and develop a four-engineer team in Madrid with mentorship, 1:1s, and performance feedback
• Evolve the Code Coverage product into an AI-powered system leveraging production data and LLMs to identify coverage gaps
• Collaborate with product management and customers to define and prioritize the roadmap
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions and participate in on-call rotations
Responsabilidades
• Experience leading an engineering team as a tech lead or manager
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and agentic engineering
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution with clear value hypotheses
• Hands-on experience xqbhyrx with Java or Go and large-scale distributed systems
• Strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration skills
