Job Description
Work with business and marketing to support Product Definition, generate Product Specification and manage Product Life-cycle
Represent business in Product Acceptance
Lead tasks of engineers for Product Verification
Work with development engineering members in defining Product Quality Criteria
Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective actions
Manage and monitor to ensure completion of assigned Products with allotted budget and timelines
Job Requirements
Master Degree in Electronics Engineering preferably with 10+ years' related experience
Proven leadership in product development, design innovation, and execution per project plan
Hands-on experience in system design
Experienced in HVAC systems a plus
Familiar with wireless connectivity technologies, e.g., Zigbee, ZWave, BLE, WiFi, GPS, LTE, 3G, etc., and country regulatory requirements
Excellent knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design
Strong process mindset including DFMEA, risk analysis, mitigation planning and lesson learnt.
Can do attitude and strong analytical mindset
Proficiency in written and spoken English highly essential
