The Learning & Development Manager with Stack Infrastructure, Inc. is a dynamic and creative thinker responsible for curriculum development, training delivery, and learning effectiveness of cross enterprise programs to meet and advance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Reporting to the Director, Talent, the L&D Manager will work closely alongside organizational leadership, to create, facilitate, and evaluate full-cycle training programs aligned with our wider business objectives, while also meeting the individual needs of employees. This role will require advanced skills in needs assessment, stakeholder relationship management, measurement and evaluation, development and delivery of both ILT and vILT training, career path development, and people leadership skills. You will play a critical role in how we develop and retain talent at Stack. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Travel: Up to 30%

Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ Years of proven experience as a Learning & Development or Training Manager
5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
Advanced capability in learning needs assessment and career path development
Advanced capability in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives via the Kirkpatrick model
Excellent people leadership skills with demonstrated ability to conduct performance management, coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations
Experience with effective learning and development methods
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
Ability to collaborate well and to build positive and supportive relationships with coworkers across departments
Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday
Solid project management, AI, and time management skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
