Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) located in Tucson, AZ. The Material Program Manager (MPM) must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive change through creative problem solving.
What You Will Do
Ownership of Material Forecast and identification of risks and opportunities
Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans
Support all programs, SBU, and company level financial requirements
Manage material budgets and report out via EACs on supported programs
Execute make/buy/where process
Assist with the generation of Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW)Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests
Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management
Participates in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance
Facilitates supplemental documentation (DD254, NDA, FDA, SSJ, etc.) Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
Travel domestically & internationally, as required (+2-3x per quarter)
This role will require you to be onsite in our Tucson, AZ facility.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 year’s experience.
Experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management.
Experience in achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier management.
Experience and capability to thrive in the high stress, fast paced environment of development.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience managing budgets in support of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process
EVMS certification
Experience leading or participating in cross-functional environments
Experience international defense supplier procurements & processes

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
