Position Summary: The Process Engineering Manager develops, evaluates and implements the new and existing process technologies at various locations of Gates Corporation facilities to support the engineering and local factory operations. This position is expected to be a part of a global approach for leading a team in designing and executing experiments to characterize and optimize manufacturing processes in power transmission and fluid power segments. This position is expected to lead a team in developing and scaling processes for initial stage products and is expected to provide technical support for manufacturing operations and business development. This position is a leadership role and responsible for developing and coaching direct team members, employee development and fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and ability to advance group goals to meet company objectives.
