DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and assign project engineers / specialists; Build a high-performing program/project management team.
2.
Act as a strategic business partner to BU by interpreting product roadmaps, customer strategy, business growth outlook, price/lead-time expectations and annual revenue/profit targets into executable plant program plans.

Establish program governance for CSBU project execution (NPI, expansion, Transfer, Improvement), ensuring PDP / OPS workflow discipline, phase-gate readiness, clear deliverables, resource alignment and management visibility across P2 to P8.

Serve as program escalation leader to anticipate business, technical, supply, quality and schedule risks; facilitate change management, trade-off decisions, mitigation plans and E2E communication to protect customer commitments and business results.

Role-model PBM leadership by empowering team members, delegating with accountability, providing timely coaching and feedback, fostering principled entrepreneurship and developing successors for program/project roles.

Build program management capability and standard work by defining role expectations, governance cadence, milestone discipline, KPI dashboards, lessons learned and training mechanisms for the PJM/program team.
7.
Ensure compliance with corporate/local policies and regulations; sponsor TQM, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives while performing other strategic duties assigned by management.

SCOPE:
Strategic program and product-family portfolio ownership covering product development, NPI launch, business pipeline conversion, customer/BU alignment, capacity and tooling strategy, product transfer, lifecycle management, cost reduction, continuous improvement, and plant-level business coordination for cable assembly-related products.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree or above, engineering background
PREFERRED:
Program Management, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering or related majors are preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in program/project management, operations, engineering or business management, including at least 5 years in people leadership or cross-functional program leadership roles.
PREFERRED:
Experience in cable assembly business, product-family portfolio management, customer-facing program leadership, NPI, operations strategy, commercial/financial analysis or marketing is preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to connect customer/BU strategy with plant execution priorities.
Excellent executive-level communication, stakeholder influence and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong people leadership and capability-building mindset; able to develop high-performing teams through coaching, delegation and accountability.
Advanced program governance capability, including portfolio prioritization, milestone/phase-gate control, scope trade-off, risk management, escalation leadership and action tracking.
Solid knowledge of NPI, PDP/APQP, product development procedure, platform/product family management and manufacturing launch readiness.
Good understanding of costing, budget tracking, COGS/margin analysis, ROI, capacity planning, S&OP linkage and business performance management.
Ability to lead global programs, customer communication, multi-site coordination and cross-functional decision-making under ambiguity.
Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and MS Project; CRM, SAP and dashboard/reporting capability are preferred.
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of quality control, technical reporting, product application, PCN/ECN, S&OP and lifecycle management is preferred.
Strong ownership, principled entrepreneurship, change leadership, continuous improvement mindset and ability to influence without authority.
