Serve as Product Owner of PWE Operations, providing strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of PWE processes, tools, and training
Assess PWE processes, tools, and training for improvement and lead development of resolutions
Organize, direct, and oversee a matrixed team by prioritizing, deconflicting requests, and assigning resources
Manage PWE-wide communication methods, including SharePoint pages, newsletters, and town halls
Drive consistent application of operational processes across functional pillars through stakeholder alignment, training, and communications
Align key stakeholders on operational prioritization decisions
Represent PWE in strategic discussions
Ensure data integrity of databases, data repositories, Jira, tracking methods, metrics, and dashboards
Champion data-driven decision-making and drive PWE adoption across the business
Lead multiple cross-functional teams supporting several concurrent objectives
Provide direction and guidance across PWE and business partner stakeholders
May take on additional responsibilities as needed
Travel up to 30%

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Ability to obtain a Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Experience working in closed areas or secure lab environments
Understanding of government security-based regulations, protocols, and build standards
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage groups of people to accomplish complex objectives in a multi-disciplined, matrixed environment
Substantial knowledge of Collins Aerospace secure programs and projects
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance preferred
Experience across Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, Facilities, and Lab Management or related fields preferred
Experience managing projects using Agile methods preferred
Experience developing and maintaining business process documentation preferred
Experience creating, delivering, and maintaining training solutions preferred
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills preferred
Ability to recognize resource constraints and prioritize team efforts preferred
Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions preferred
Familiarity with Jira Service Manager, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI reporting tools preferred
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with stakeholders and tight deadlines preferred
Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate and adapt complex information to audiences at all organizational levels, including senior executives preferred
Excellent relationship skills and ability to collaborate with leadership, technical, and business personnel preferred
