Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an International Training and Support (ITS) Program Manager (PM) within the Air Dominance Division F-35 Business Unit. The ITS PM will also be responsible for growth of the ITS Organizational Unit (OU) as it expands to additional countries. This leadership position is located onsite in El Segundo, CA or Redondo Beach, CA.
The ITS PM owns P&L and manages all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develop new business or expand the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 - $289,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
