Reporting to the Estate Management Director, the Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the Design and Project Implementation Team in performing project planning, development and management on various site redevelopment projects, major renovations and fitting out works.
Responsibilities
Project planning and architectural design development;
Liaison with government departments, churches and service users on funding and design development issues;
Collaborate with social service teams, consultants and contractors on the project implementation;
Attend site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery, works quality, budget control and compliance with relevant statutory requirements / design standards;
Procurement, contract administration and cost control;
Work with property management team to develop the asset management strategy for newly developed service venues by using BIM and other new information technologies;
Develop innovative and user-friendly design solutions for different social service projects.
Requirements
Bachelor and Master Degree in Architecture, Surveying, Project Management or related disciplines;
Minimum 12 years’ experience in design and project management in building development, addition and alteration projects and fitting out projects of which at least 10 years post-qualification working experience;
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other project management software; BIM (REVIT) experience and capability will be an advantage;
Passionate to improve the living environment for the elderly and needy;
Willing to learn and explore new initiatives , self-motivated, independent and accountable; and
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Remuneration packages will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
