Senior Manager, Release Data & Analytics Deploy Lead
In this role you will lead end-to-end data and analytics deployment for the SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring data readiness and governance across multiple domains. You will partner with global teams to plan, test, migrate, and cutover data while maintaining compliance and quality. You will drive deployment readiness, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This position sits at the intersection of data, IT, and global supply chain optimization, shaping how the enterprise uses data to enable scalable transformation.
Own end-to-end master data and analytics deployment for the assigned release (preparation, testing, migration, cutover, hypercare)
Create and maintain release-level deployment plans, playbooks, and readiness metrics
Coordinate with Data Stewards, MDG teams, Data Migration teams, and Functional Leads for data readiness across objects
Ensure alignment with global standards, templates, and compliance requirements
Lead mock load cycles, validation checks, reconciliation activities, and readiness sign-offs
Coordinate test data readiness and validation for SIT, BST, UAT, PQ, and performance testing
Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
