The Senior Manager, Software Engineering is a mission-focused technical leader responsible for driving the development of software and firmware solutions that enable the next generation of integrated night vision and weapon mounted systems. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing engineers whose work directly supports and protects the warfighter.
This leader combines technical expertise with strong emotional intelligence and a talent for organizational development, fostering an environment where individuals grow, innovation thrives, and complex engineering challenges are addressed with focus and purpose. As a key partner to senior engineering leadership, you will influence technical strategy, promote innovation, and ensure cross-functional alignment across software, firmware, configuration management, and hardware teams.
