Job Description :
Training & Development
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring skills development and compliance with organizational standards.
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify training needs and build structured learning paths.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership programs to support managerial effectiveness and employee growth.
Talent Management
- Lead and maintain succession planning processes, ensuring readiness of key roles and identification of high-potential employees.
- Manage performance and development programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Track progress on talent initiatives and provide insights to senior leadership.
Culture & Communication
- Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company values.
- Coordinate the Annual Employee Engagement & Culture Event Plan, ensuring inclusive activities for the entire workforce (hourly, salaried, staff)
Organizational Development
- Support change management strategies during organizational transitions.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve structures, processes, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure talent and development initiatives are consistent with business goals and corporate vision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience, including leadership in organizational development, succession planning, and training.
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills (bilingual English/Spanish).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in implementing talent programs (succession, training, culture initiatives).
