REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s graduates in any course are welcome to apply.
- Having an HSK 5 and 6 certificate is a big advantage.
- Having experience in conducting professional phone calls and writing clear, concise emails to senior executives.
- Having BPO experience is a big plus.
- Having strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Client Relations Associate is responsible for handling client coordination, expert sourcing, communication, and overall project management.
- Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time delivery.
- Conduct professional conversations and calls in both Mandarin and English.
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified industry experts based on client needs.
- Perform outreach, candidate screening, and scheduling of expert consultations.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients, experts, and stakeholders across various countries and time zones.
