Salary: Php50,000 - Pph60,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating with local and international suppliers.
- With experience working in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Review purchase requests and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare, process, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and internal departments.
- Liaise with China-based suppliers, customs agents, and logistics partners regarding shipment schedules, delivery updates, and procurement concerns.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for the company.
- Track orders and resolve procurement issues, including shortages, delayed deliveries, order changes, and warranty concerns, while coordinating with regional procurement teams.
