REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating with local and international suppliers.
With experience working in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Review purchase requests and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Prepare, process, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and internal departments.
Liaise with China-based suppliers, customs agents, and logistics partners regarding shipment schedules, delivery updates, and procurement concerns.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for the company.
Track orders and resolve procurement issues, including shortages, delayed deliveries, order changes, and warranty concerns, while coordinating with regional procurement teams.
