Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary

Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. Manufacturing Engineers analyze products and methods to innovate both new and existing operations. Leveraging their expertise in a collaborative team environment, they drive enhancements that reduce cycle times, elevate product quality, and generate significant cost savings

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.
• Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations and overall performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
• Meet customer deadlines on quotes.
• Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC programs.

Qualification Requirements:

• BS degree in Engineering preferred.
• Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role preferred.
• Proficient with CNC machine operation and set up.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques (CNC equipped).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Continuous commitment to health and safety standards.
• Capable of contributing to a team effort and working independently.
