Material Handler
Location: Fremont, California Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 hourly Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:15 pm Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Material Handler. Responsibilities:
Material Handler 2 is responsible for supporting Inventory Control Manager/ Warehouse & Receiving Manager/ REC Supervisor; this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily activities in Receiving/ Warehouse must also be able to oversee all Receiving/ Warehouse responsibilities. Responsible for checking/confirming QPN and the quality when warehouse issues materials. Able to move materials by using pallet trucks and other material handling equipment. Able to wrap pallets to ensure materials do not move during transportation. Able to identify QPN and pick the right quality when other material handlers are absent. Able to check any materials if needed to verify any discrepancies. Able to do math on a physical inventory card by adding/ or minus. Able to count the number of pallets in your site. Responsible for following incoming materials from Receiving to fulfill WO shortage. Constantly working in fluctuating situations.
