Material Handler / Warehouse Associate
Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Manufacturing Environment - Pay From $22 to $25/hr
Join a team that builds innovative HVAC cooling solutions used in the electronics industry. We're looking for a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
- Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Stage materials to support production schedules and manufacturing lines.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory updates.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for production and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience.
- Forklift operating experience (certification preferred).
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Manufacturing or production support experience.
- Order picking, packing, and material staging experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warwick, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
