Material Handler
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the cabinetry industry, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team in Rockledge. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $15.50
Shift: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM including some Saturdays
What's the Job?
- Support the organization's CARE values through daily work activities
- Assist in receiving, storing, and handling materials and supplies with care
- Load and unload trucks containing materials, supplies, and equipment
- Transport materials to designated locations or work areas efficiently
- Wrap, pack, and prepare products for shipment or movement
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a safety-focused mindset
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and visual instructions
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
