Hourly payrate: $20.00 hour Shift: 6am-2:30pm Duration: 1+ year

What's a typical day as a Material Handler? You'll be:
- Align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand
- Directly support the Production team as a Material Handler/Parts Kitter, responsible for various material handling functions
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and production tasks
- Maintain accurate training and production records, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Sustain a smooth flow of material and execute work orders to ensure on-time completion and quality standards
- Troubleshoot assembly and production issues, escalating to supervisors or cross-functional team members as necessary
- Comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
- Learn and participate in the company's lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify, communicate, and recommend opportunities for quality, production method, and equipment performance improvements
- Train new team members on equipment operations and work procedures, as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety rules and regulations
